We are pleased to announce that the download of firmware for Sigma Cine Lenses for Canon EF Mount is now available.
The changes in this firmware are as follows:
Applicable product and version
- Sigma High Speed Zoom Line 18-35mm T2 for Canon EF Mount (Ver. 1.01)
- Sigma FF High Speed Prime Line 35mm T1.5 for Canon EF Mount (Ver. 1.01)
Benefit of the update
- Fixed an issue where lenses were not correctly recognized when using the Canon EOS R5 C or EOS C50 with the Mount Adapter EF-EOS R series.
How to update
Connect the Sigma EF Mount lens to your computer via the SIGMA USB DOCK UD-01 (sold separately), then open Sigma Optimization Pro*. If the firmware isn’t the latest version, the following message will appear: “The latest lens firmware is available.” Click “Yes” to update.
